Ruggles Angus started with the purchase of 500 elite females from Mill Bar Angus in the fall of 2015. In January of 2017 we had our inaugural production sale and we are excited for the set of cattle we will be offering this year. Our name may be new in the Angus breed, but these genetics are no stranger to the game.

After being long time commercial customers of Mill Bar Angus, we have seen firsthand what these genetics add to a calf crop, and even more importantly what they did for our cow herd.

Our goal is to raise bulls that are productive for the commercial cattlemen. To help them be profitable no matter what segment of the cattle industry they are involved in, calves that will produce more pounds at weaning and preform on the grid. Plus, being able to put together a set of replacement heifer that will also excel.
